Tasting Note |
The bouquet is a complex array of dark fruits, spice with thyme, earthy notes and cedar oak. The wine displays great acid/tannin balance which will allow the wine to age gracefully over 10 to 15 years. |

Reviews |
Halliday Wine Companion A single-vineyard pinot planted to the popular MV6 clone. Destemmed fruit, cold soaked for 5 days, wild-yeast fermented then mlf and 15 months in French oak puncheons (one-third new). A densely packed pinot with all the flavour you need but also a fineness, a delicacy. Red fruits, dark cherries, spice-dusted oak. Fine, close-knit tannins bring freshness, purpose and the potential for further ageing. Jenni Port (13 August 2021) |
