A specially curated menu by executive Chef Hamish Hames sets the culinary backdrop to a winemakers lunch heroing Pinot Noir from Scotchmans Hill and Cornelius. Join Chief Winemaker Robin Brockett as he guides you through truly remarkable Pinots, displaying character and complexity unique to this terroir.

Timeless Scotchmans Hill classics that you know and love have been preserved, with some seasonal twists. New additions to the menu such as a sensational Ploughmans, Casarecce with lamb ragu and porcini mushrooms, Chargrilled Greek Chicken and the Quince Frangipane Tart are sure to delight.

Two days only! This one’s a must for any serious wine lover. Cases, bottles and empty barrels are all on sale. Take an educated punt on our much-loved mystery case, or try before you buy with selected wines on offer to taste.

A BRAND NEW WINE RELEASE

Introducing the 2020 Cornelius Blanc De Noir, made from grapes that come from our famous Norfolk Vineyard, the oldest on the estate. 

This is the first time this wine has ever been released and Chief Winemaker Robin Brockett is excited to share with you what he considers to be a jewel in the Scotchmans Hill crown.

Experience the enchantment of dining at Scotchmans Restaurant at night, as fairy lights create a magical atmosphere and the city skyscape sparkles from across the bay. Introducing our newest arrival

We are thrilled to introduce our newest arrival the 2017 Cornelius Strathallan Syrah. James Halliday honoured it with 96 points. Chief Winemaker Robin Brockett describes it as an

"Exotic style of Syrah, a lot of spice, dark red plum, cherry, but also a little bit of sappiness. A wine of great character and a wine that will age for a long, long time." Robin Brockett

2018 CORNELIUS KINCARDINE CHARDONNAY

Rich and ripe bouquet of nectarine and grapefruits, a hint of burnt match stick, spice with creamy barrel ferment oak delivers great complexity.

The palate is fresh with mouth-watering acidity which draws you in to the wine. With ripe nectarine fruits, a rich creamy mid palate and cashew oak finish, it keeps you coming back for more. This is built to cellar and will reward further cellaring over the next 5 to 10 years.

2017 CORNELIUS ARMITAGE PINOT NOIR

96 Halliday Points

Rich and powerful bouquet showing dark plum and cherry fruits with spice, bramble notes, and earthy characters with cedar oak. It is a brooding wine with dark fruits dominating the palate with layers of spice, earthy flavours and cedar oak. This powerful Pinot Noir has plenty of ripe tannins and firm acid, giving the wine great structure and depth.

GOLD 95 POINTS - 2022 Scotchmans Hill Chardonnay

We are thrilled to announce that the 2022 Scotchmans Hill Chardonnay was included in the 2023 HALLIDAY TOP 100 WINES.A wine regarded as outstanding and awarded Gold 95 Points. 

'270 Five-star wineries were invited to submit up to six of their best wines; the response from 190 of Australia’s best wineries was the submission of 989 wines. Chardonnay, one of the main white varietals, had 134 bottles submitted.’ James Halliday
