Dinner is offered every Saturday night at Scotchmans Restaurant, where evenings are enhanced by fairy lights and picturesque sunsets over the bay. With daylight savings in effect, guests can enjoy the gradual transition of the sky from gold to dusk. Indulge in estate-grown wines and fresh seasonal dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, an ideal setting to unwind and appreciate the flavours of spring and summer.

Saturday Dinner: Open from 6pm. The full à la carte menu is available for dinner on Saturday night.

The Cornelius Winemaker's Table: The Art of Wine & Dining

Experience an exclusive, one-night-only dining event celebrating the art of fine wine and exceptional cuisine. Hosted by Chief Winemaker Robin Brockett, this intimate evening presents a bespoke five-course menu by Head Chef Hamish Hames, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of our premium Cornelius back and current vintages.

Honouring Scotchmans Hill's distinguished cool-climate wines, this refined experience showcases the depth, elegance and character of the estate's winemaking.

Throughout the evening, Robin will share insights into the vineyards, the philosophy behind each wine, and the stories that bring every vintage to life.
