A captivating bouquet of fresh citrus fruits, predominantly lemon and lime, with a hint of mandarin. Underlying notes of green apple and ripe pear are complemented by a subtle minerality and a trace of white flowers. |

Wine Region: Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. Clone: Geisenheim 198. - Soil Type: Self mulching black verosol derived from tertiary basalt. Harvest Date: 08/03/24 Winemaking: Whole bunch pressed, fermented at 13°C for 14 days, extended less contact 4 months. The wine was then stabilised, filtered and bottled June 2023. - Cellaring: 2025 to 2033 |
