Vibrant pink in appearance with lifted fragrant aromas of Muscat, dried raisins and summer fruits. Vibrant, juicy and spritzy palate of dried raisins, Muscat and summer fruits with a sweet mid palate and fresh acid finish.
100% Muscat Gordo Blanco. Crushed pressed to tank. Cold settled. Clean juice fermented cold with aromatic yeast. Fermentation stopped at 6.5% alc / 110g/l sugar. Cold stabilised, filtered and bottled.
