The Hill Cuvée Brut is sourced from the cool climate vineyards of the Adelaide region. The sparkling displays stonefruit and citrus flavours with a creamy texture and a clean fresh finish.
100% Chardonnay sourced from cool climate vineyards in Adelaide, South Australia. The free-run juice was fermented cool at 12 degrees for 2 weeks, and then left on gross lees for 5 months. Secondary fermentation took place in pressure tanks (charmat method) and then bottled under pressure. No oak treatment.
