2015 Swan Bay Sauvignon Blanc
Refreshing and fruit-driven. Perfect on its own or with food, this wine displays abundant tropical fruits (paw paw, guava and passionfruit, gooseberry), green notes, honey and a persistent acidic finish.
Whole bunch pressed. Cool ferment in 100% stainless steel to retain freshness. Left on lees post-ferment for four months to add palate structure. Fined and filtered. ABV 12.5%
