Winemaking Region: Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. - Clone: Geisenheim 198. - Soil Type: Self mulching black vertosol derived from tertiary basalt. - Harvest Date: 10/04/19 - Yield: 3.6kg/vine, 3.6tn/acre, 9.0tn/ha, 54hl/ha. - Winemaking: Whole bunch pressed, fermented at 12°C for 10 days, chilled and ferment stopped at 140 g/l residual sugar.
