The Swan Bay vintage Brut is a classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from the cool climate region of the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. It displays fruit characters of strawberry, stonefruit and citrus with some yeast lees complexity. Lovely as an aperitif or compliments a variety of foods.
Wine Region: Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. - Variety: 51% Pinot Noir, 49% Chardonnay. - Winemaking: Free run fermented cool for 2 weeks. Left on gross lees for 3 months. Fined, filtered, and re-inoculated. Charmat method used whereby 2nd fermentation & ageing occurs in a pressured tank.
