Displays lifted floral aromas, citrus notes and dried fruits with spice in the background. The rich and luscious palate is dominated by ripe nectarines, citrus fruits and spice. The sweetness is balanced by firm acidity giving the wine overall balance. Great with dessert or cheeses.
Winemaking Region: Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. - Clone: Geisenheim 198. - Soil Type: Self mulching black vertosol derived from tertiary basalt. - Harvest Date: 10/04/19 - Yield: 3.6kg/vine, 3.6tn/acre, 9.0tn/ha, 54hl/ha. - Winemaking: Whole bunch pressed, fermented at 12°C for 10 days, chilled and ferment stopped at 140 g/l residual sugar. Bottled June 2019. - Cellaring: 2021 to 2027.
