Complex and lifted nose showing gooseberry and passionfruit, with herbaceous notes. Full and tight with gooseberries, passionfruit and grassy overtones. Firm acid, some minerality and intense flavours on the mid palate give the wine overall balance.
This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of twogreat wine regions; Geelong, Victoria and Marlborough, New Zealand. Fermented cool to retain maximum freshness, and left on gross lees for 3 months. Fined and filtered prior to bottling.
