An intense sweet nose displaying red fruits, vanillin oak and spice oak. Deep garnet in colour. Juicy and ripe with sweet red fruits, spice and savoury oak finish. Balanced by soft ripe tannins and acid.
Sourced from vineyards in Adelaide, South Australia. Crushed and de-stemmed to tank and fermented on skins for 7 days. Pressed to barrel and matured in French and American oak for 9 months.
