A rich and full flavoured wine with sweet fruits of blackcurrants, plums and cherries with red berries in the background. This wine has excellent texture and balance as well as notes of spice, cedary oak and a charry finish.
Sourced from vineyards in Adelaide, South Australia. Crushed and de-stemmed to tank and fermented on skins for 7 days. Pressed to barrel and matured in French and American oak for 12 months.
