The bouquet is a complex array of dark fruits, spice with thyme, earthy notes and cedar oak. The palate is tight yet rich with dark plums and cherries. This gives way to spice and savoury flavours with a long cedar oak finish. The wine displays great acid/tannin balance which will allow the wine to age gracefully over 10 to 15 years.
