WINE REGION: Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria CLONE: Geisenheim 198 / Riesling WINEMAKING: Sourced from the original 1.5 acre vineyard, planted in 1982. Whole bunch pressed and fermented at 12°C for 10 days. Chilled. Ferment stopped at 100g/l residual sugar. No oak contact. Bottled Sept 2023. Drink now to 2030. |
