Celebrating the Dame Nellie Melba Opera Trust
A fantastic evening was had in celebration of the Dame Nellie Melba Opera Trust in a secret location on Wednesday evening. Attendees at the event enjoyed a selection of Scotchmans Hill wines and performances by Siobhan Stagg and Amir Farid.
Siobhan Stagg is a previous holder of the Melba Opera Scholarship, and has been credited by The Age as having a voice of ravishing tone and radiant presence. Amir Farid was the inaugural recipient of the Dame Nellie Melba Opera Trust’s Repetiteur scholarship in 2013, and is recognised as a pianist of great intelligence and integrity.
In honour of the evening, we’ve put together a mixed dozen of wines enjoyed by guests on the night.
