Returns & Cancellations
All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your wine is delivered in satisfactory condition. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or deemed unsatisfactory. Should your wine not arrive in acceptable condition, please contact us within 5 working days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Scotchmans Hill accepts that on rare occasions wine can be faulty. If a customer considers a wine to be faulty, we are happy to replace or credit the amount of the purchase, within reason.
Vintages are subject to change. In the event that we have run out of an item that you have ordered we will advise you by email or telephone before dispatch of stock. The customer has the option to confirm, cancel or modify their order at this time.
