BH17 - 2014 Pebble Bay Sauvignon Blanc
Pale straw with a green tinge. A crisp, fresh and balanced wine showing flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry. An herbaceous mid palate showing minerality and length of flavour.
Sourced from premium vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau valleys in Marlborough, New Zealand. The fruit for this wine was picked at a range of ripeness levels and was then cool fermented in stainless steel to retain vibrancy and freshness. No oak use. 12.5% ABV.
